In an industry fraught with inconsistencies, S & L Construction, Inc. was formed with some basic philosophies in mind; integrity, honesty, reliability and competency.  Since remodeling projects run for periods of time, we like to form partnerships with our clients based on trust to make the entire process as stress free as we can.

We understand that we are being invited into your home to perform a service; we will take the necessary measures to protect and ensure it's integrity and cause as little disruption as possible.

Although no project is free of inconveniences, we strive to set realistic expectations of the life cycle of a remodel project so the client can prepare for the temporarily altered lifestyle.

We keep current with the newest product developments and are up to date with the latest building materials and installation techniques.

Who We Are

S & L Construction, Inc. is owned and run by Louise M. Hansen.  She has been an iron worker, office manager and worked in the construction industry for years before starting her own company. She saw many of her counterparts cutting corners, taking shortcuts and asking for work that she herself could not take artisitc pride in.  She saw a need for true quality craftsmanship in residential and light commercial construction and remodel work.

She stepped up to the plate and filled that need. S & L does mainly kitchen/bathroom remodels and additions. They work with several designers to allow every client's vision to become a reality.
